The Jefferson County Courthouse, built in 1904, stands on the site of Georgia’s first permanent capitol, constructed in 1795. Addressing 17,500 ft2 on the roof and clock tower and 60,000 sq.ft. of vertical masonry walls, Hydro-Stop’s “Building Envelope Approach” has given this historic landmark new life, both aesthetically and structurally.
